Meadow Moments makes shared online planners. This notice explains what personal information we keep, why we keep it, and your rights under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• The details you give us when you order: your name, contact details, and the date your planner counts toward (for example, your due date).
• Everything you add to your planner, such as to-dos, lists, guest names and notes.
• Notes that family and friends send you through your family link, including the name they sign with.

Why we use it

Only to set up and run your planner, and to contact you about your order or your planner. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

• You, through your private planner link.
• Family and friends with your family link can send you notes and see your first name. They can’t see or change anything in your planner.
• Meadow Moments can access your planner to set it up and help if something goes wrong.

Where it is kept

Your planner is stored securely on Google’s systems, in an account managed by Meadow Moments.

How long we keep it

For as long as your planner is active. When you ask us to, we delete your planner and everything in it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
